Who this is for

For families who want care they can count on.

Most families start looking for home care without knowing what their options are. Maybe a parent wants to stay in the home they love but needs more help than before.

Maybe you have tried a caregiver who did not show up, or did not stay. We understand how hard that is.

Silverleaf Home Care is for families who are done with unreliable caregivers. Your loved one stays where they are, and we come to them.

Nonmedical care, in your own home.

Home care means our caregivers come to you, in your own house. It is nonmedical: help with the everyday things that have become harder, not nursing or medical treatment. Depending on the level of care, that can include:

Home care is a different service from assisted living. If a move to a Silverleaf community ever makes sense, the caregiver your loved one knows can come with them.

How transitions work From home care to a Silverleaf community, your loved one can keep the same caregiver.
